Antony came out to us very quickly today (Sunday) to sort a blocked drain. We could see from the manhole that everything was blocked. Antony tried manually unblocking then jet to clear the block. Using a camera to check, he could see debris in next door's pipe so once that was removed, all was clear. Very reasonable price and would absolutely recommend.

Found the G/F toilet with slow water flow and gurgling sound from the basin when flashing the toilet. Toilet pump or Mr. Muscle cannot help the issue. Message Anthony and he arrive on schedule, identify the issue in 5 mins and cleared the blockage in my garden manhole in 20 mins. Very professional, polite and reasonable price.

Antony came out next day to sort out our slow draining kitchen sink. It turned out there was a large blockage down the line under the house, probably about 20 years of buildup. All flushed out within an hour or so for a reasonable price, and with a 12 month guarantee. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again, highly recommend!

Such a nice guy, came out straight away to help us with our drain. Told us a fixed price before had and that was the end price too. Fixed the issue within an hour and said if we have any issues again he would be straight back. Even cleaned up after! 5 stars.

Excellent service - we had a blocked drain and Tony arrived at our property within two hours. Was not a pleasant job but Tony managed to clear the drain using both rodding and the power hose, took a bit of time to sort but Tony made sure all was sorted and cleaned up before he was finished. Absolutely faultless. We had a slow draining loo. Having tried everything from chemicals to plunging to finally removing the toilet and snaking 25ft of drain (!) the problem persisted. Rang flow sure and spoke to Tony on a Monday afternoon who said his colleague Lee would attend the following day. Lee was punctual, knowledgeable and polite. Camera went down and it revealed a 40mm waste pipe jutting over 2 inches into the soil stack. Not only did he discover the problem quickly he then set about accessing and sawing the excess length off the pipe before checking the rest of the drainage beyond. He was done in under an hour. Praise is in such short supply these days but I was genuinely impressed by this company. Would highly recommend.

After trying myself, without success and all day in the rain, to unblock the drain from my kitchen sink, using a drain-snake and bicarbonate of soda plus vinegar, next morning I phoned Flow Sure for help.
