A continuous spring with a cutting attachment is fed through the drain easily negotiating bends to cut or displace deposits and restore the drain or pipes full diameter. Rotary Mechanical drain cleaning techniques can also be carried out from a gully trap or toilet pan if there is no alternative access to a problem underground drain.

- Avoid pouring cooking fat oil,fat or grease down your sink or drain – use a container
- Wipe and scrape any leftovers from the plates into a food waste bin before washing up
- Use a strainer in your plug sink plughole and empty any contents
- Keep oily fatty pots and pans out of the dishwasher
- Wrap coffee granules in newspaper and place them in the bin
- Don’t pour boiling water down the sink to try and dissolve fat and grease.
