Flow Sure Drains is an independent drainage company based in Bristol, run by people who live and work here, and built on the fairly simple idea that this industry could treat customers a lot better than it often does.

Who We Are

Flow Sure Drains is a small, experienced team of drainage engineers covering Bristol, Bath and the surrounding area. We carry out all our own work — the engineer who answers the phone is usually the same one who turns up at your door. We’re Checkatrade approved, fully insured, and equipped with modern CCTV and high-pressure jetting kit.

You’ll find us working in all kinds of properties — Victorian terraced houses in Redland, HMOs in Fishponds, commercial kitchens in the city centre, new-builds in Bradley Stoke, listed properties in Clifton. The drainage industry has a bit of a reputation problem. Customers get hit with unexpected call-out fees, vague pricing, and engineers who arrive, poke a rod down the drain and leave without actually solving the problem. We started Flow Sure Drains because we thought there was a better way to do it.

We Price Honestly

We agree a fixed price after inspecting the job but before starting any work. You know what you’re paying. If we find something additional mid-job, we stop and discuss it with you before we proceed. No one gets a bill they weren’t expecting.

We Turn Up When We Say We Will

We send live ETA updates and call ahead when we’re on our way. If something changes and we’re running late, you hear from us. This shouldn’t be remarkable, but apparently it is.

We Show You the Evidence

When we use the CCTV camera we show you the footage on site and explain what we can see. You get video and a written report. You understand exactly what was wrong and exactly what we did about it.

We Don't Disappear After the Job

Our 12-month callback guarantee means that if the same fault recurs within a year, we come back and sort it at no charge (fair use applies). We stand behind our work.
