Bristol, Bath and the towns around them. Every area has its own drainage character — Georgian crescents behave nothing like Bedminster terraces — and each page below covers what we actually find there rather than repeating the same copy with a different name on it.

Coverage
Bristol and Bath are where most of our work is. Beyond that we cover the surrounding towns as far as the Severn, the Mendip edge and the Chew Valley — and there’s no distance charge anywhere in it.
Simplified, not to scale. Solid ring shows the core area; dashed line the wider coverage.
Call anyway. Drains don’t follow postcode boundaries and neither do we — the map above is where our work clusters, not a fence.
There’s no distance charge anywhere we cover. A job in Clevedon costs what the same job costs in Cotham. If we can’t reach you today we’ll tell you honestly rather than book you in and let you wait.

Area guides
Each of these has its own page covering the property stock, the pipework and the faults we genuinely keep finding there.
Georgian and Regency crescents on a steep hill, with some of the oldest working drainage in the city.
What we find: basement flats taking the load first, and conservation rules that rule out digging
BS6
Victorian terraces and villas, a high proportion divided into flats, on well-treed streets.
What we find: root ingress through clay joints, and shared runs nobody’s sure who owns
BS3
Late-Victorian artisan terraces on flat, low-lying ground, with a decade of rear extensions behind them.
What we find: silting from lack of fall, and drains built over during kitchen work
BS7
Edwardian terraces off Gloucester Road, with one of the busiest independent high streets in the country behind them.
What we find: domestic runs sharing boundaries with commercial kitchens
BS1
Converted warehouses, new-build apartment blocks and a dense concentration of bars and restaurants.
What we find: grease lines under pressure, and managed blocks with unclear responsibility
BA1 . BA2
Georgian terraces and crescents in a World Heritage city, on ground that rises steeply from the Avon.
What we find: listed-building constraints and very old pipework, much like Clifton

Areas with a link have their own page. The rest we cover just the same — they simply don’t have enough that’s distinctive about their drainage to justify a page of their own, and we’d rather say that than write one for the sake of it.

Somewhere not shown at all? Ring and ask. If we can’t get to you we’ll say so rather than take the booking — and we’ll usually know someone who can.
Available everywhere
Every service is available across the whole coverage area, at the same price. No distance charge, no out-of-hours premium, no call-out fee.
Coverage questions
No. There’s no distance charge anywhere in our coverage area. A job in Clevedon costs the same as the identical job in Cotham.
Probably. The list is where our work clusters rather than a boundary, and we go outside it regularly.
Ring and ask. If we genuinely can’t get to you we’ll say so rather than take the booking — and we’ll usually know someone local who can.
Same day in most cases, with a realistic arrival window given when you call — [2 to 4 hours] typically.
Central Bristol is quickest simply because we’re there most often. Further out may occasionally mean the next morning, and we’ll tell you that upfront rather than let you wait in.
Because they don’t all need one. An area page is worth writing when there’s genuinely something distinctive about the drainage — the property era, the pipe material, the ground, the local failure patterns.
Where that isn’t true, a page would just be the same text with a different name on it. We’d rather cover the area properly and not pretend otherwise.
Yes — commercial work and maintenance contracts are available across the whole area, including multi-site portfolios priced per property.
Yes. Flow Sure Drains is an independent Bristol company, not a national brand routing calls to whoever is nearest. The person who quotes is the person doing the work.
That and a description of what the drain is doing is enough for us to say what it’s likely to be, what it’s likely to cost, and when we can be with you.
